  1. Jujitsu. (3 Years)

I enjoy martial arts because of the different challenges it throws at you, i especially like it because of the focus on balance, co-ordination and flexibility.

I was also part of the YMCA Olympic Gymnast club aged 11 where i trained for 2 years, After a few months of training there i competed in my first competition achieving 1st place and receiving a gold medal. Shortly after that i was asked to join the advanced part of the club which i gladly accepted, I then competed in my second gymnastic competition against the more advanced gymnasts' i came 2nd receiving the silver medal. one of the things i regret in life is not sticking with gymnastics as i could have been representing Great Briton in the Olympics.

After stopping gymnastics i did not competely stop my acrobatics, i took it to the streets and made a few videos that you can check out on http://www.youtube.com/user/biffa91 rate and comment.

I also enjoyed skateboarding for around 5 years as well as setting up my own skateboarding team called Faith skates, i also created a website for my team, you can check it out at http://www.teamfaith.piczo.com/ haha lol. p.s. very old!!! check out my profile page lol.

I have also enjoyed various sport such as football, basketball, trampolining, free running, jogging, running, cycling, scootering, roller blading, bmxing, snake boarding, tennis and more.

I was a student a Tarleton High school, with my main focus on sport i decided that I would do G.C.S.E. P.E. I also did a Motor vehicles course at Preston college during years 10 & 11 in high school but decided that it was not a path that i wanted to take. After deciding that i wanted to focus on sports i enrolled at Runshaw college, i studied their for two years my first year i studied sports and performances, my second year i did the CYQ personal trainer course which i passed becoming a qualified level 3 Personal trainer. a few months after i qualified as a PT i started looking for jobs but was stopped after i stopped due to a knee pain that i had been having for some time, my leg kept locking up, my leg just kept collapsing and shooting backwards and getting stuck and the only way to unlock it was to forcing my leg out, it was very painful, it was getting worse and worse occuring at least once a week, so i decided to go to the doctors who told me that i had torn my meniscus cartiallge laerally on my left knee, saying that i would need an operation, i had key hole surgury, he repaired my cartialge back together ranther than just shaving it down so my knee would be almost as good as new, although this ment a longer recovery time, 4 weeks on crutches with my leg straight in a weird thing in bed. My leg took a few months to recover. but im now fully back in action.

I am now currenlty working in a gym on the weekends. I have also had thoughts of joining the RAF as a PTI but for now i'll stick to what im doing.
